All orders are made to order and typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at caseycreationco@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number and we'll make it right!
